Once you have contacted Airtel, a direct debit agreement will be prepared for your review and approval, as well as the approval of your bank. It's important to note that the registration for the direct debit payment service from Airtel is completely free of charge. Once you have been successfully enrolled in the system, Airtel will send you a monthly e-bill detailing all your expenses. If you have any disputes regarding the bill details, you have a period of 15 days to raise the issue with Airtel. Upon receiving your dispute, Airtel will send a direct debit instruction to your bank, initiating the withdrawal of the specified amount from your bank account or credit card and debiting it to Airtel's account.
