NCBA Bank has opened applications for the third cohort of its Go Getter Internship Programme, an initiative that equips recent graduates with practical skills, mentorship and professional experience in the banking sector.
The 12 month internship will give 50 successful applicants hands on experience in corporate banking. More than just work experience, top performers will have a pathway into NCBA’s talent pipeline, increasing their chances of long-term employment with the group.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Go Getter Internship Programme, you must meet the following requirements:
Must have graduated within the past 12 months
Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division in a relevant undergraduate degree
Have achieved at least a B- grade in both English and Mathematics in your KCSE
Applications are accepted only through the NCBA website, where the internship is announced annually.
