How to Deposit Money from MPESA to Your KCB Bank Account

To send money from your MPESA wallet to your KCB account:

  1. Open the MPESA menu on your phone.

  2. Select Lipa na MPESA, then choose Pay Bill.

  3. Enter Pay Bill Number: 522522 (this is KCB Bank’s official Pay Bill).

  4. Under Account Number, type your full KCB account number.

  5. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

  6. Key in your MPESA PIN and confirm the transaction.

You’ll get a confirmation SMS from MPESA and another from KCB confirming the deposit.

How to Withdraw Money from Your KCB Bank Account to MPESA

To transfer funds from your KCB account to your MPESA line:

  1. Dial *522# on your Safaricom line registered with KCB.

  2. Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN to log in.

  3. From the menu, choose Send to MPESA or Mobile Money.

  4. Select whether you’re sending to your number or another recipient.

  5. Enter the MPESA number you want to send money to.
